Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our Customer Marketing team within our Marketing division. Your job will be to develop and execute content and communications that not only drive customer awareness and action on issues, product changes, and performance initiatives but also to enhance the customer perception of the value from their continued partnership with athenahealth. You possess strong written communication and editorial skills. You are able to prioritize and to multi-task, manage several projects simultaneously while possessing a keen attention to detail. You have a strong interest in the customer experience.

The Team: Our Customer Marketing team is responsible for marketing and communications into our customer base at scale. We aim to drive customer success, satisfaction, and loyalty through content and communications ranging from company strategy and vision to product enhancements and changes.

Job Responsibilities

* Drive customer success, satisfaction, and loyalty through the development and execution of content and communications
* Reinforce our partnership and brand commitments through proactive notification on changes and issues
* Nurture customers to perform at their best and maximize satisfaction on our network
* Identify, develop and/or manage the creation of a variety of content types - written, videos, presentations, etc. - as needed to fuel business and marketing success.
* Work across internal teams to ensure coordination and alignment with overall Customer programs, goals, and direction.

Typical Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree; 5-8 years' experience in marketing
* Impeccable project management skills and highly detail oriented
* Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion; produce results on time and within budget
* Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
